Our Junior High Prep Program is designed for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade girls who want to grow as athletes and step onto the court prepared for tryouts.

If your daughter is in 1st through 5th grade, our Player Development League is the perfect opportunity for her to learn the fundamentals, improve skills, and develop a love for the game in a fun and supportive environment.

Our small group format ensures each player is seen, coached, and challenged, helping her develop faster, smarter, and with more confidence—whether she’s preparing for tryouts or continuing her volleyball skill development.

Program Details:

• 📅 Dates: Wednesdays & Sundays, November 2 – December 7

• ❌ No practice on 11/30 (Thanksgiving holiday)

• ⏰ Times:

  • Wednesdays: 6:00 – 7:30 PM (all grades)

  • Sundays: 3:00 – 4:30 PM (all grades)

• (If your daughter cannot make 2 practices a week, see our Flexible Attendance Option below)

If we have a large number of sign-ups, practices will be split by grade:

• Wednesdays:

  • 6th grade: 6:00 – 7:30 PM

  • 7th/8th grade: 7:30 – 9:00 PM

• Sundays:

  • 6th grade: 3:00 – 4:30 PM

  • 7th/8th grade: 4:30 – 6:00 PM

This schedule takes her all the way through the official start of the IESA season on December 8, ensuring she’s prepared, confident, and game-day ready.

Cost & Payment Options:

• 💵 Cost: $225

Flexible Attendance Option

We understand that schedules can get busy! If your daughter can’t make both Wednesday and Sunday practices, she can still participate by attending once a week for $150. This allows her to:

• 🎯 Enjoy focused instruction without the full-week commitment

This option ensures that every player can find a way to grow and improve, even with a busy schedule.
