We are incredibly excited to work with your athlete over the next several months! We take great pride in our National Teams and are committed to helping our athletes grow, develop, and reach their full potential both on and off the court.

Please complete the steps below to officially accept your athlete's roster spot and finalize their registration for the 2027 season.
All registration steps, including the required waiver and initial payment, must be completed by November 17, 2026, to officially secure your athlete's roster spot.
Important Program Information
Practice Dates & Times
December 13, 2026 – Early March 2027
Wednesdays: 6:00–8:00 PM
Sundays: 3:00–5:00 PM
March 2027 – End of Season
Tuesdays: 5:00–7:00 PM
Thursdays: 5:00–7:00 PM
During weeks when we have a weekend tournament, an additional weekday practice will be scheduled. Exact dates and times will be communicated in advance.
Important Dates
👋 National Team Parent Meeting | December 13th at 2:30 PM
We will be holding a short parent meeting on Sunday, December 13th, at 2:30 PM, prior to our first practice! This will be an opportunity to review our club handbook, discuss expectations for the upcoming season, answer any questions, and give everyone a chance to meet our coaches and fellow families.
We look forward to getting everyone together and kicking off an incredible season!
🎄 Illinois Select Christmas Party | December 20th
We are excited to celebrate the holiday season together at our Illinois Select Christmas Party on Sunday, December 20th! In place of our regularly scheduled practice, we will be hosting a fun holiday celebration for our athletes, including watching the NCAA Women's Volleyball National Championship match together!
More details, including the time and festivities, will be shared as we get closer to the date. We can't wait to celebrate the season, spend time together, and enjoy some great volleyball! 🎅🏐

Our tournament schedule will be finalized once team rosters are complete. We will share the full schedule with families as soon as tournament selections and registrations are confirmed.
National Championship Tournament
Event: ASICS Junior National Volleyball Championships
Location: Navy Pier, Chicago, Illinois
Dates: June 7–8, 2027
Team Communication – TeamReach App
We use the TeamReach app as our primary communication platform throughout the season. This is where families can access practice and tournament schedules, receive important program updates and announcements, and communicate directly with coaches.
Once team rosters have been finalized, we will send each family their designated TeamReach group code along with instructions for joining.
Please plan to join your team's TeamReach group as soon as you receive your code, as this will be our main source of communication throughout the season.

Option 2: Payment Plan
November 17, 2026: $550 deposit
December 1, 2026: $500
January 1, 2027: $500
February 1, 2027: $500

Uniform Packages & Tournament Travel Fees
Uniform Packages
We are excited to introduce brand-new jerseys for our 2027 National Teams! All athletes will be required to purchase the new uniform package, as jerseys from previous seasons will not be used.
The estimated cost of the uniform package is $140. Uniform packages will be billed separately from club tuition once we receive final pricing from our supplier. Additional details regarding sizing, ordering, and payment will be communicated at that time.
Tournament Travel Fees
Any applicable travel fees associated with out-of-town tournaments will be invoiced separately later in the season. These fees are not included in the National Team tuition.
